When submitting a contact or enquiry form we may process name, contact details, the requested service and the message content. During website operation technical data may be processed including IP address and request data in server logs. The specific scope is determined by the actual forms, hosting settings and tools used.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Data from enquiries are used for communication, assessing requests and preparing price quotations. The legal basis may be the performance of measures prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in commercial communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), depending on the nature of the specific request. When carrying out orders we may process data for the performance of a contract and to fulfil legal obligations. Technical records may be processed to secure the website on the basis of legitimate interest.

4. Retention period

Enquiries that did not lead to a concluded order are generally retained for up to 12 months from the last communication, unless shorter retention is justified or further retention is necessary to protect legal claims. Ordinary documentation of completed orders is generally retained for 5 years from the completion of the order, unless another statutory period, warranty or claims obligation or need to protect legal claims applies. Accounting documents and related accounting records are generally retained for 10 years following the year to which they relate, to the extent required by applicable legal regulations. Server technical logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their actual settings and periods; these should be verified. The stated periods also apply to related records in the email inbox and enquiry records.

Data may be disclosed to the web hosting provider Websupport, providers of email and technical services or public authorities, to the necessary extent, if required by law.

Under the conditions of the GDPR you have the right to access personal data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint or to file a petition with the Data Protection Authority of the Slovak Republic.
